Alden Town Manor Receives Deficiency-Free Survey
Alden Town Manor, specializing in short-term rehabilitation and health care, recently received a deficiency-free survey from the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), the state regulatory body that ensures the safety and quality of health services provided to short-term care, long-term care and pediatric patients at health care facilities. Only a small percentage of health care facilities manage to achieve this high standard of excellence.
“We are thrilled that the IDPH has acknowledged our staff and the work we do every day to assist our patients,” says Bryan Pottow, administrator. “Our incredible staff deserves this recognition and we are honored to offer our patients a top-notch rehab facility.”
The survey includes extensive interviews with nursing staff and other employees as well as residents and their families, reviews of medical records, programs and services and tours of the facility.
