Alden Debes and Alden Park Strathmoor are joining forces to host this special event, which will be held at the GPAC Senior Center in Loves Park.
Health and Wellness Fair
Thursday, August 10, 9am-Noon
400 Heart Boulevard, Loves Park
We will be offering all of the following, free of charge:
- Blood pressure checks
- Glucose testing
- Nutritional information
- “Ask a pharmacist”
Plus, get the opportunity to learn about:
- Reducing fall risks through strength and balance
- Home health therapy and care
- Private duty nursing
- Hospice care and benefits
